When placing an order, Nopli simplifies life for its users by integrating Delivery directly into the shopping basket.
However, when the Buyer chooses his or her delivery method, he or she contracts directly with the carrier on his or her behalf.

Delivery methods :
1- Choice of Delivery Method and Payment
When a Buyer places an order, they select the delivery method of their choice.
Delivery charges are payable by the Buyer and are paid at the same time as the order.
The Buyer can track the progress of their order using a tracking number or directly from their Personal Space.
2- Dispatch of the order
Once the order has been placed, the Seller is notified by email and receives the dispatch note (Transport Label).
The Seller has 5 days to confirm the sale and dispatch the product.
To do this, simply print out the dispatch note and stick it on the parcel.
3- Receipt of the order
Once the order has been delivered, the Buyer has 72 hours to confirm receipt of the order. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be automatically validated.
